WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS.

WHAT WE OFFER.

One thing is clear: people want to better understand mental health for themselves, and know how to support others. That’s why we’ve created two unique workshops: Talk Ask Listen and AgCulture.

  • Talk Ask Listen: a facilitated workshop to increase courage and confidence to talk, ask, and listen when it comes to mental health.

  • AgCulture: professional development for mental health and healthcare professionals to better understand and support those in agriculture.

1 in 4 Canadians will experience a mental health challenge at some point in their lifetime. With 1 in 8 jobs in Canada tied to agriculture, it’s clear that mental health is important for every rural agricultural community across Canada.
