Who We Are
The Do More Agriculture Foundation (Do More Ag) is a Canadian registered charity dedicated to championing mental health in Canadian agriculture. Through its three pillars of action for awareness, community for connection, and resources for support, the foundation works to cultivate a culture of mental wellbeing within Canadian agricultural communities.
Rooted in agriculture and guided by lived experience, Do More Ag delivers practical, agriculture-informed mental health literacy workshops, resources, and partnerships. Our flagship workshops—including Talk Ask Listen and AgCulture—equip communities and professionals with the tools to recognize, respond to, and support mental wellbeing in farming communities.
We believe that mental health is foundational to the sustainability of agriculture. By fostering collaboration across sectors and provinces, we aim to increase confidence and strengthen support networks across rural Canada. Learn more at domore.ag

Seeking: Facilitators
Position Summary: The Do More Agriculture Foundation, in partnership with Farm Credit Canada, offers local community workshops to increase mental health literacy across Canadian agriculture. Our flagship Talk Ask Listen sessions are delivered both in person and online and have reached communities from coast to coast.
We are currently expanding our roster of trained facilitators to support these sessions on an as-needed basis. This is not a full-time or regularly scheduled position—facilitators are independent contractors called upon to lead workshops as opportunities arise. A typical facilitator may deliver 1–3 sessions per year (approximately 12–15 hours annually), depending on availability and regional demand.
If you are a mental health professional, have training such as Mental Health First Aid, and/or bring lived experience supporting your own or others' mental health, we’d love to hear from you. We provide coaching, resources, and administrative support to ensure you’re equipped to lead.
We are especially seeking facilitators in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces.
Interested? For more information about becoming a facilitator, please email Executive Director Dr. Merle Massie at merle@domore.ag.
The Do More Agriculture Foundation encourages applications from all who wish to apply. We especially welcome those who have experience with Canadian agriculture and/or mental health and/or rural spaces in Canada.
