Since the launch of The Do More Agriculture Foundation’s website, our Wellness Tips have shared practical information, perspectives and real-life stories about mental health and wellbeing, created by and for Canadian farmers. 

Over the years, thousands of people have turned to these articles and stories to learn more about mental health, supporting others, and caring for their own wellbeing. We’ve rounded up our 10 most-visited Wellness Tip articles—a collection of the conversations and resources that have connected most with our agriculture community.
